Well like I said in my last post this year hasn't gone well. We are not in worse financial straits than before. I haven't made one sale with my new company and have lost a couple of buyers and sellers to more experienced agents. Yesterday we found out that we are now in a buyers market. In the last 30 days 333 properties were on the market and only 47 sold. NOT GOOD! I continue to get unprofitable leads from the lead generation company I pay for leads from. I also signed up to get more leads from another company and they won't answer the phone calls or the emails from me so I'm going to have to cancel that company as I can no longer afford to pay for them. We are now thinking of moving back to FL where we can at least find a job. I have been making application to places for jobs but either I don't have the proper security clearance or I never hear back from them. It's just too hard living in this small town and having to drive over an hour to work a job. We just can't do it anymore. I have now called the mortgage company to see if there is some way to add the payments to the mortgage.
